Rap lil wayne or rock lil wayne?
Lil Wayne is a great rapper,He can almost make any genre of music. But rock I think not.Lil Wayne is now a rock artist, and the whole rocker look doesnt fit him.In my opinion he should stick to hip hop.He saved it

Why Do you think President Truman drpped the bomb on Japan?
On August 6,1946,President Truman dropped a bombon Hiroshima and Nagasaki.I believe Truman dropped the bomb to show off to the soviets and shorten the war. When you actually think about it dropping the bomb saved lives.Millions of people would have been killed anyway. What Truman did was wrong and the results of the bomb were devastating.

In the 1950's the biggest fear was communism, everyone was accused of being a communist. Some people thought if you were friends with immigrants you were a communist.During that time was Joseph McCarthy filled America with paranoia. It was mass hysteria.People were losing their jobs for no reason, but a accusation. If I had to choose between living in that time period or now,I would choose to live In the 200's.There was too much paranoia during the 50's.

In medicine ultrasonic devices are used to examine internal organs without surgery and are safer to genetic material than X rays. The waves with which the body is irradiated are reflected and refracted; these are recorded by a sonograph for use in diagnosis. First developed in World War II to locate submerged objects, this technique is now widely used in virtually every branch of medicine.
Ultrasonic study and application of the energy of sound waves vibrating at frequencies greater than 20,000 cycles per second, beyond the range of human hearing. The application of sound energy in the audible range is limited almost entirely to communication, since increasing the pressure, or intensity, of sound waves increases loudness and therefore causes discomfort to human beings. Ultrasonic waves however, being inaudible, have little or no effect on the ear even at high intensities. They are produced commonly by a transducers containing a piezoelectric substance, a quartz-crystal ultrasonic wave.
The basic ultrasound transducer has the appearance of a cylindrical tube. A sound pulse is emitted from the front of the tube, which is placed on the skin. A wire connecting the transducer to the ultrasound system extends from the back of the cylinder.
The basic transducer has seven components which include
1. Case- the cylindrical tube constructed of metal or plastic that protects the internal components of the transducer. 2. Electrical shield- then metallic barrier lining the inside of the case, it prevents electrical signals in the air, unrelated to diagnostic information. 3. Acoustic insulator – prevent vibrations in the case form inducing an electrical voltage in the PTZ of the transducer. 4. PTZ or active elements- the piezoelectric crystal itself. 5. Wire- provides electrical connection between the PTZ and the ultrasound system. 6. Matching layer- increases the efficiency of sound energy transfer between the active element and the body and protects the active elements. 7. Backing material also called damping element- the bonding reduces the ringing of the pulse, and it is a short duration and length.
There are several types of transducers that will assist in ultrasound imaging, the Linear phased arrays is common, the footprint, or face of the transducer that comes into contact with skin, is small square 1 centimeter on each side, the beam is steered and focused using an electrical technique called phasing. The image created by a phased array transducer is fan or sector-shaped, similar to that produced by the mechanical transducer. These pulses are directed in a pattern similar to that of the sweeping of a windshield wiper or the spokes of a bicycle wheel.
Linear sequential arrays, has a large acoustic footprint and creates rectangular images. The linear sequential array has 120-250 rectangular-shaped strips of piezoelectric material arranged side by side in a line. The sound beams are parallel to each, and the image is never wider than transducer.
Vector Arrays is a combination of linear sequential and linear phased array technologies. Sloped electrical delay patterns can be introduced that steer the sound beams of the linear in variety of directions. Trapezoidal images are created by vector array transducers. At intermediate and deep depths, the images appear as a sector.
(Comparing which is safer, ultrasonic devices or X-rays)

Osteoporosis
Osteoporosis is a very common bone disease found mostly in Caucasian or Asian race female gender. Women with osteoporosis have a loss of normal bone density, the bone becomes like a sponge. This disease of the skeleton weakens the bone becoming increasingly brittle and subject to bone fractures. The normal bone is composed of protein, collagen and calcium; Osteoporosis depletes bone calcium and protein from the bone resulting in either abnormal bone quality. Bone that is affected by osteoporosis and can fracture with only a minor injury that would not cause a bone fracture, the fracture can either be a cracking as in a hip fracture or collapsing as in a compression fracture of the vertebral spine. The spine, hips, and wrists are common areas of osteoporosis-related bone fractures although fractures can also occur in the skeletal areas such as the ribs. Fractures that occur during normal activity is a stress fracture, for example someone stepping off a curb.
Consequently this disease can operate silently for decades without begin detected, patients are alerted after suffering a painful fracture. If this disease is in your family history it is recommended to take a bone density test, this test will determine the amount of bone present in the skeletal structure, the higher the density is, the stronger are the bones.
The time to minimize the risk for osteoporosis is between ages 25-40; studies shown that vitamin D along with adequate calcium will increase bone density. Estrogen is also important in maintaining bone density in women, the more bone mass a person has going into middle age; the less he or she will be affected by osteoporosis. When estrogen levels drop after menopause bone loss accelerates, it is wise to stay away from smoking cigarette, because it can decrease estrogen level. The goal of osteoporosis treatment is the prevention of bone fractures by stopping bone loss and by increasing bone density and strength, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Although early detection and timely treatment of osteoporosis can substantially decrease the risk of future fracture, none of the available treatment for this disease is a complete cure. It is completely difficult to rebuild bone that has been weakened by osteoporosis.

Race And Human Evolvution
Evolution is caused by a change in the enviroment. Earths changes are due to global warming,
demography and movements of the tectonic plates. Evolution occurs over time, as the world
evolves species adapt to how the world is at that period of time.
Scienctist believe evolution is not proven, evolution is only an assumption based on limited
knowledge. Nothing is accurate about theory and how evolution is developed. although their
is plenty of evidence on anatomy, plant species, animal behavior and darwinian concepts of
national selection, they fail to defend scienctific truth.
The misconception of evolution is being only a theory still continues to persist, yet the facts are
there. this misconception remains in existence since there are no transitonal fossil records.
There is no proof in vision that anything happened earlier in time, but predictions are there.
Due to insufficient certainty and confusedness the theory will prolong existance.
The misconception of evolution being only a theory can be corrected by stating evidence and
proven facts. There is an abundant amount of information that proves evolution of life. Although
no one can recall what actually happened, there is enough information and scientific observations.
A big part of the correction of misconceptions is believing if people don't believe and understand
the misconception will continue.

My Interview with Ms. Guthrie
Ms. Guthrie is an English III teacher at Piper High School. She has been teaching
for four years, and teaching at Piper for three years. Ms. Guthrie thought at Coconut Creek High School for one year. Before teaching Ms Guthrie worked as an assistant executive at Murry Begtraum High School in New York. Her favorite subject in high school was English. After high school Ms. Guthrie graduated from Temple University with a M.A in communication, then went to state of New York University and graduated B.A in English literature. Her motivation to teach is "when my students get it". Ms. Guthrie chose to teach at Piper because the students are polite and the location is convenient. She became a teacher to help young people achieve their goals.

Close to 300 people died in the riot On the morning of May 30, 1921, a young black man named Dick Rowland was riding in the elevator in the Drexel Building at Third and Main. The white elevator operator, Sarah Page, claimed that Rowland grabbed her arm, causing her to flee in panic. Accounts of the incident circulated among the city's white community during the day and became more exaggerated with each telling.
(Outro)It's terrible to find out how many people died from only a claim and no evidence of the situation.
(Intro)Consecutive days of killing followed by tons of missing people is hard to imagine.especially now.

Aided by Serbian guerrillas in Croatia, Milosevic's forces invaded in July 1991 to 'protect' the Serbian minority. In the city of Vukovar, they bombarded the outgunned Croats for 86 consecutive days and reduced it to rubble. After Vukovar fell, the Serbs began the first mass executions of the conflict, killing hundreds of Croat men and burying them in mass graves. Over 200,000 Muslim civilians had been systematically murdered. More than 20,000 were missing and feared dead, while 2,000,000 had become refugees.
(Outro)Not knowing when your whole village will be attacked is the most frighting.

The following day, the Tulsa Tribune ran a story in the afternoon edition headlined, "Nab Negro For Attacking Girl In Elevator," and added a racially charged editorial calling for a lynching. That evening a crowd of about 400 whites gather around the jail, some say to help with or view the lynching. Shortly there after, the news reached the African American community. A group of about 25 African Americans, all armed head to the jail. When they arrive, they find out the story had been exaggerated. After talking to the deputy sheriff, whom reassured them no harm would come to Mr. Rowland, the African Americans went home. But later they returned, this time numbering about 75. Again the sheriff convinced them no harm would come to Mr. Rowland. As they were leaving a white man (possibly a deputy) attempted to disarm one of them. A shot was fired. By 10pm shots were being fired indiscriminately by both sides, 12 men were dead (2 African Americans, 10 whites). The fighting continued until around midnight.

On June 1,1921, a big cloud of smoke covered The northern region of Tulsa. Later that morning, the last stand of the conflict occurred at foot of Standpipe Hill. According to the Tulsa Tribune, the National Guard mounted two machine guns and fired into the area. The black groups surrendered and were disarmed. They were taken in columns to Convention hall, the McNulty Baseball Park, the Fairgrounds and to a flying field. Some survivors later alleged that planes were involved in the destruction of Greenwood City. Many black residents left Tulsa to the Osage Hills and its surrounding towns. According to an official estimate 10 whites and 26 blacks were killed. However, later reports, never verified, raised that number to 300 killed. After, the Riot had ended, relief started to come the survivors, especially from The Red Cross. Hospitals were set up to treat the wounded. Food and clothes were given out. People received temporally shelters to live in while their houses were rebuilt

Autobiography
"Your outfit looks cute but not you",is what I hear alot ever since kindergarten I been teased and bullied about the way I look.
Trying to fit in and be something your not is hard, but accepting who you are is even harder. As I walk through the halls of Piper High I see boys imitating lil wayne and plies, girls who swear their Beyonce and people like me who are not being clones of others but just being themselves.sometimes I just watch and laugh at how the media has so much influence on young people today, including myself.Im often called scary or stuck up,truth is im neither.Im just a 16 year old girl and future cadiologist trying to trying to make a difference in the world and longing for my voice to be heard.
The peace symbol is the most widely known symbol in the world. It's used as a symbol of freedom, worldwide peace and non violence. The peace symbol represents me because I am a very calm non violent person and the peace symbol to me represents truth and being true to yourself.
On a warm spring night in Staten Island,New York on April 10,1992 gods gift to the world was born.My name means alive in arabic.I am Aisha Raven Henry I grew up in a Trinidadian american household with both parents and my younger sister. When I was four years old I moved to Lauderdale Lakes. And attended Bennet elementary at the age of five.I attended six other elementary schools after that.I started singing and dancing when I was eight and had dreams of becoming a famous celebrity by the time I turned thirteen.Unfourtunatly that dream didint come true. Now I have new dreams and new goals that are more realistic. When i was 9 me and friends used to wear nail polish as eye shadow and put lipstick on our faces and acted as if we were models, when my mother saw me with the blue sparkley nail polish all over my eyes she was speechless and I was grounded for that day.Never again will I wear nail polish on my face.
In 2003 my grandfather died of cancer in the esophagus. My grandfather was the person I came to whenever I had problems in school or anything else.Later on me and my family found out my grandfather was misdiagnosed and had heart complications as well as cancer.Thats the main reason I want to become a cardiologist. If my gandfather knew all the other medical problems he had a doctor could have saved him.I want to be the person you see on television who saves lives, only this will be reality and unscripted.
Im a little person with big things to say.Im 4'11 and nice people remind me of that everyday. Janelle monae,All american rejects and N.E.R.D are some of my favorite artists to listen to.Im kinda obsessed with pharrell williams but who isn't? During the summer of 2008 I went to Trinidad and had the best time ever!Even though I traveled to Trinidad a number of times prior,my stay in Trinidad last summer was pure fun. From staying up late listening to my grandmother tell stories of the green man,the la diablese and other folk tales,to swimming in the ice cold river and going to see Keyshia Cole and T-pain in concert also meeting new friends and family along the way.
I havent thougt of my plan to become a millionaire yet and change the world yet,but I will soon.Until then im trying to graduate from high school and stay true to myself.
For my english 3 class in 11th grade I wrote a autobiography, this is part of it.

Ja’kyia Jeff – competition cheering
I have interviewed Ja’kyia Jeff one of piper high’s Junior Varsity cheerleader who happens to be attending the competition. She loves to cheer because its fun to do and it’s entertaining. I asked what schools are you guys going against? She replied “I have no clue but I know there’s going to be a lot of school’s their”. Ja’kyia is one devoted cheerleader who is ready for sectionals this Saturday at Coral Springs High. Then I asked do you think you guys are prepared yet? She answered” yes we are actually, just a little more to go over like the stunts and stuff”. How long does your routine have to be?” no more than 3 minutes so like 2 minutes 30 seconds would be good. Some rules of the competiton are “no finger nails, if you stumble or fall points taken off, shoes must be on and no chewing gum”.
This was a student interview I did for winter sports.

Midterm Essay
Should schools cut art classes?
Schools should concentrate on academics only. Art classes let students express their creativity, but should the schools main focus should be on academics. For most high school students art class is an “easy A”. Also the easiest class they attend. Some students only come to school for art class.therfore they put all of their energy in one particular class .While art is a great course. We go to school for academics not art. If students need to express creativity there are plenty of other places students can escape to after school. The main goal for high school students is to get a diploma and pass all standardized tests. If students focus all of their attention on art than how can we expect them to succeed in high school? There are other opportunities to show creative power. Students should put all their energy into academics. Since art is a required class in most schools, what about students who actually want an education? Do they have to suffer in dreaded art class? It’s not fair to academies loving students. Students come to school for an education and to become successful in life. Not for art class. People need to learn how to focus on education and not creativity.
8. What Web site has recently become inaccessible in China? What statement has the Web site's owner made about the restriction? If you read this sentence, do not answer any questions on the test except 8 and number 10. (Go to Google and search for this answer if you don't see it in the video!)
The web site that has become inaccessible in China is youtube. The statement that the web site’s made about the restriction is thet the want to protect the reputation of China, and prevent anyone from broadcasting videos about the country’s national secrets.
10. Can you think of any circumstances in which the government should be able to restrict access to information? Explain your rationale, or answer by writing your name and Mr. Conde is the Yearbook teacher.
